THE WALKING DEAD
Just in time for The Walking Dead’s mid-season premiere, AMC and the mobile first-person shooter Gods of Boom are launching an update with the TWD theme! For the first time, players can experience a game of Gods of Boom in the zombie apocalypse of The Walking Dead.
The 6-week event features tons of themed content, including several new PvE game modes, where players face off against waves of walkers, a new PvP format that expands the normal limits of gameplay and many tools to deal with your new enemies: iconic crossbow, a memorable revolver and even a barbed wire stick called “Lucille”. Survive the apocalypse, fend off the undead and prove your skills against real people and NPC zombies.
Fans of The Walking Dead will play the legendary hiker killer Daryl Dixon, experiment with iconic weapons and eliminate herds of hikers in locations inspired by the TV show. There will be a total of 3 stages of the event over the course of 6 weeks, so there are several ways to participate in the fight. But don’t delay: the sooner you start to decrease the undead population, the better!
